1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. The return period begins from the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information.
2. Eligible Items for Return
The following items are eligible for return within our 30-day policy:
- New, unused powersports parts and accessories
- Items in original, unmodified packaging
- Products with all original documentation, tags, and labels intact
- Items that have not been installed, mounted, or modified
- Custom or special-order items (subject to 25% restocking fee)
3. Return Condition Requirements
Product Condition
- NEW, Resellable Condition: Items must be in completely new, unused condition suitable for resale to another customer
- No Use or Installation: Products that show any signs of use, installation, mounting, or wear will not be accepted
- No Modifications: Items that have been modified, altered, or customized in any way cannot be returned
- Complete Documentation: All manuals, warranty cards, installation instructions, and certificates must be included
- Original Tags/Labels: All manufacturer tags, labels, and stickers must remain intact and unremoved
Packaging Requirements
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in original manufacturer packaging
- Unmodified Packaging: No writing, marking, or modification of original packaging (including shipping labels directly on product boxes)
- Undamaged Packaging: Original packaging must be in good condition without excessive damage
- Complete Packaging: All original packaging materials, inserts, and protective materials must be included
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for health, safety, or regulatory reasons:
- Electrical components that have been connected or installed
- Tires that have been mounted or show any signs of use
- Helmets and safety equipment (once worn or fitted)
- Batteries (due to hazardous material regulations)
- Perishable items or products with expiration dates
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or normal wear
5. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return:

Required Information: Order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We will provide you with:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (if applicable)
Important: Do not ship returns without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Step 3: Package Your Return
- Secure Packaging: Package items carefully to prevent damage during shipping
- RMA Number: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Include Documentation: Include copy of original invoice and return authorization
- Remove Personal Labels: Remove or cover any personal shipping labels from original packaging
Step 4: Ship Your Return
- Ship to Address: Use only the return address provided with your RMA
- Tracking Required: Always use a shipping method with tracking
- Insurance Recommended: Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
- Customer Responsibility: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item was defective or shipped in error or otherwise noted

- Customer Returns: Customer pays return shipping costs unless otherwise noted
- Defective Items: We provide prepaid return label for defective products
- Our Error: We provide prepaid return label if we shipped wrong item
- Large/Heavy Items: Special arrangements may be required for oversized items

7. Return Inspection Process
All returned items undergo thorough inspection upon receipt:

- Condition Verification: Confirmation that item meets return condition requirements
- Completeness Check: Verification that all components and documentation are included
- Packaging Assessment: Review of original packaging condition
- Usage Evaluation: Inspection for signs of use, installation, or modification
Inspection Outcomes
Based on our inspection, we will take one of the following actions at our sole discretion:
- Full Refund: If item meets all return requirements
- Partial Refund: If item has minor issues but is still resellable (minus restocking fee)
- Replacement: If requested and item is eligible
- Return Without Refund: If item does not meet return requirements
8. Refund Processing
Refund Methods
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used
- Credit Card Refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on statement
- PayPal Refunds: 1-2 business days
- Store Credit: Available as alternative option
Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after receipt
- Processing: 1-2 business days after approval
- Total Time: 5-7 business days from receipt to refund processing
Refund Deductions
- Restocking Fee: 25% fee may apply to special orders or certain product categories
- Return Shipping: Deducted from refund if customer is responsible
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless our error)
- Payment Processing Fees: Non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted
9. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective Items: Same product exchange for manufacturing defects
- Wrong Size/Fit: Exchange for different size of same product (if available)
- Our Shipping Error: Correct item when we shipped wrong product
10. Warranty vs. Returns
Manufacturing Defects
- Within 30 Days: Covered under return policy for refund or exchange
- After 30 Days: Covered under manufacturer warranty (if applicable)
- Warranty Claims: Direct warranty claims to manufacturer after 30-day period

Holiday Returns
- Extended Period: Items purchased November 1 - December 31 may be returned until January 31
- Gift Receipts: Gift recipients can return items with gift receipt
Bulk/Commercial Orders
- Special Terms: Bulk orders may have different return terms
- Restocking Fees: May apply to large quantity returns
